DECISION No. 41/2004/QD-BTC OF APRIL 21, 2004 ANNULLING A NUMBER OF POINTS IN LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE THE MINISTER OF FINANCE Pursuant to the November 12, 1996 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and the December 6, 2002 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance; Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 185/2003/QD-TTg of September 10, 2003 repealing the Prime Minister's regulations on the reallocation or reinvestment of State budget revenues from the 2004 budget year; At the proposals of the director of the State Budget Department and the director of the Legal Department, DECIDES: Article 1.- To annul a number of points in 13 legal documents and 2 Official Dispatches, which were issued by the Ministry of Finance and cease to be effective as from January 1, 2004 under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 185/2003/QD-TTg of September 10, 2003 repealing the Prime Minister's regulations on the reallocation or reinvestment of State budget revenues as from the 2004 budget year (with enclosed list). Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Article 3.- The ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the Government-attached agencies, the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the units under the Ministry of Finance shall have to implement this Decision.
