DECISION Promulgating the List of used information technology appliances banned from import THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELEMATICS Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP of November 11, 2002, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Post and Telematics Ministry; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP of January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding activities of international goods sale and purchase, and goods sale and purchase agency, processing and transit with foreign parties; At the proposal of the director of the Information Technology Industry Department, DECIDES: Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the List of used information technology appliances banned from import." Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 (fifteen) days after its publication in "CONG BAO." Article 3.- The director of the Office, the chief inspector, the directors of the Departments, heads of bodies and units attached to the Post and Telematics Ministry, organizations and individuals manufacturing and/or trading in information technology and telecommunications appliances shall have to implement this Decision.
