This thesis is devoted to the study of Neumann eigenvalues, Steklov eigenvalues and relations between them. The initial motivation of this thesis was to prove that, in the plane, the product between the perimeter and the first Steklov eigenvalue is always less then the product between the area and the first Neumann eigenvalue.
