Applying Tran Duc Thao’s perspective of human perception in human construction in Vietnam today

Applying Tran Duc Thao’s perspective on human cognition in building people in Vietnam in the context of building a socialist oriented market economy in addition to the achievements, it also leaves behind negative impacts on Vietnamese children’s 
 consciousness such as promoting material things, disregarding human emotions, the phenomenon of moral decline appearing in a part of young people,... have once again clarified the views about Tran Duc Thao’s personality and the value of those views in theory and practice. At the same time, based on the values of Tran Duc Thao’s perspective on people, we apply them to propose appropriate solutions to build Vietnamese people who can meet the requirements of the change process new country and current deep international economic integration. Within the scope of this research article, we would like to clarify the following issues: (1) Tran Duc Thao’s theory of human cognition; (2) Applying Tran Duc Thao’s human perspective in building the Vietnamese people today.
