In the context of digital transformation in Vietnam today, the application of information technology (IT) in all fields is highly valued by organizations, companies, and large corporations. As the national economy develops and integrates more deeply, the demands of employers on workers are increasing. These demands not only encompass specialized knowledge but also include proficiency in foreign languages, IT skills, practical experience, life skills, and agility in handling work. This poses challenges for all students, especially recent graduates who lack experience and working skills. Specialized knowledge acquired during university is necessary but insufficient since all jobs in every field are now applying IT. Therefore, it is essential to enhance IT application capabilities for students in the social sciences and humanities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities so they can proficiently use application software and apply it to their specific fields of study and research.
