This study provides insights for businesses and brands about the impact of factors on e-commerce sites on customers' purchasing decisions. In order to increase consumer purchase intention, brands and businesses need to take advantage of communication methods such as Electronic Word of Mouth, Advertising Content and Digital Influencer to help products and services have a positive reach. with potential customers. Besides, focusing on product quality and correct product pricing is also an important strategy that businesses and companies need to focus on.
