DECISION No DECISION No.100/2000/QD-BTC OF JUNE 16, 2000 PROMULGATING THE LIST OF INTER-MINISTERIAL AND JOINT CIRCULARS WHICH CEASE TO BE LEGALLY EFFECTIVE THE FINANCE MINISTER Pursuant to the November 12, 1996 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No.101/CP of September 23, 1997 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Pursuant to the Prime Minister�s Decision No.355/TTg of May 28, 1997 on the establishment of the Government�s Steering Committee for general revision and systematization of legal documents and the plan for general revision and systematization of legal documents in 1997-1998; Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No.178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance; After consulting and reaching agreements with the concerned ministries and branches; At the proposals of the Director of the Department for Financial Policies and the heads of the units attached to and under the Ministry of Finance, DECIDES: Article 1.- To promulgate the list of inter-ministerial and joint circulars which had been promulgated jointly by the Ministry of Finance, as the key player, and other ministries and branches by April 30, 1998, which now cease to be legally effective (see the list enclosed herewith). Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. Article 3.- The ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government, the People�s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the units attached to and under the Ministry of Finance shall have to implement this Decision.
