DECISION No DECISION No. 34/2000/QD-BVHTT OF DECEMBER 20, 2000 ANNOUNCING LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT CEASE TO BE EFFECTIVE THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No.81/CP of November 8, 1993 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information; Pursuant to the Prime Minister�s Decision No.355/TTg of May 28, 1997 on the general revision of legal documents; Pursuant to the agreement reached by the following ministries (the Finance Ministry: Official Dispatch No.46/TC-CSTC of May 23, 2000, the Government Pricing Committee: Official Dispatch No.437/BVGCP-CNTDDV of May 19, 2000, the Trade Ministry: Official Dispatch No.2252/TM-PC of May 18, 2000, the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry: Official Dispatch No.1899/VP of May 17, 2000, and the Education and Training Ministry: Official Dispatch No.4399/VP of May 18, 2000); At the proposal of the director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Culture and Information, DECIDES: Article 1.- To announce together with this Decision the list of 461 legal documents which cease to be effective.
