Tóm tắt
This study aims to develop measurements of sustainable performance for higher education institutions (HEIs) in the context of a self-financed institution amid global integration using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework. Based on Delphi method with 5-point Likert scale, survey questionnaires were delivered in 2 rounds to 47 experts including school administrators and key manager team. In each round, respondent result was analyzed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and mean values to determine performance indicators reaching the consensus. The research finding is a proposal of a sustainability BSC with six performance dimensions (Customer, Finance, Internal process, Learning and growth, Environment and Social) with 44 indicators to assess sustainable performance, offering insights into sustainable practices within the context of a higher education institution (HEI) with financial autonomy in global integration.
