To assess employee perceptions of the effectiveness of digital tools in facilitating their work. To identify the key factors (e.g., performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence) that influence behavioral intention to use digital tools in manufacturing processes. To examine how demographic factors (e.g., age, gender, experience) moderate the impact of these factors on technology acceptance and usage. To provide recommendations for improving technology adoption strategies at VNPT Technology based on empirical findings.
